This isn't the latest version.

This is an old freebie. But still useful.

Personally, I have tried it and I don't really like it.  I would say stick to freeware alternatives such as CCleaner, Iobit Advanced SystemCare Free or Glary Utilities.

If you put more trust to commercial alternatives, I would say go for TuneUp Utilties 2008. It is quite reliable.
