Backup4All Lite had previously been 'given away for free' by Giveawayoftheday. For those of you who have missed it…do not worry as hahaguy is coming to your rescueLaugh (Well, I was joking there, I know I suck when it comes to making others laugh…) For your info, the version given away by GAOTD was V4.0. BUT now, I have some good news for you guys. You can now get V4.1 for free…YES, the latest version and for free…

Here's how:

How to get Backup4All Lite for free

1. Go to this registration page and fill in your name and e-mail address

http://www.backup4all.com/free…..php?src=85

( copy and paste in your browser )

2. Check your e-mail for a message containing the registration name and key.

3. Download  the latest version 4.1 build 139 ( 13,6 Mo  – select “Backup4all Lite Edition version 4.x )

http://www.backup4all.com/download.php

( copy and paste in your browser )

4. That’s it! Install it and register ( DO NOT ENTER YOUR OWN NAME AS “Registration name”, USE VNU Instead)

Enjoy!

Note (to Ashraf): I do know about the 'conflict' or 'disagreement' that you have with 4freeoninternet (or should I say 'conflict' or 'disagreement' that 4freeoninternet have with you). To be honest, I am not being one-sided to any party; for me, I seriously believe it is all a misunderstanding(which should not have occured in the firest place). I truly respect both sites, although knowing that there are differences in terms of policies or style of work. For me, both sites are doing great job. Ultimately, both sites (and many others like Raymond.cc/blog) are doing all these hard work for good intentions of educating and sharing information/tips/tricks/hot finds with the rest of the internet users. Due to this, I kindly hope that you,Ashraf would not mind (or at least, forgive me) if and whenever I post freebies that I 'sourced' from 4freeoninternet. I really do wish you can understand my position; I am the kind of person who loves to share; in fact, I even intent to have my own 'proffessional' site dedicated to tech stuffs. However, I find that I am a pretty busy person (my schedule can be tight at times) and hence, I feel that I might not be as committed as Ashraf or even Raymond. This is the reason why I prefer to post in forums…Wink

Once again, I really wish you do not mind me sharing stuffs that I got to know from 4freeoninternet. And yeah, IF POSSIBLE, can the two sites (Dottech.org and for-free-on-internet 'settle' all the misunderstanding and be 'friends'. It would be great if that were to occur. I am sure there are many others who would like the same thing too….Please…

You should source all your freebies (if applicable) … even if it is from a paranoid website like For-free. So it is more than okay… no worries :). Ethics and morals > a handful of dishonest website editors.

Anyway, don't bother with Backup4All Lite. Get Fbackup instead – it is freeware and it is the same thing. The advantage with FBackup is you will be able to update FBackup to newer versions when they come out but you won't be able to with Backup4All Lite.

Ultimately you may not even want FBackup because GFI Backup is still the best ;)

GFI Backup is clean. What told you it infected your computer with malware?
