I am sure most of us know about jv16 Powertools. It is a 'pretty good computer tuneup program' (quoted from Ashraf).

Ashraf has previously shared with us on how to get jv16 Powertools 2009:

Hope this 'might' be useful to some people. (This last freeware version is not compatible with Vista)
