The current version 4 features a revamped user interface and lots of new effects, stamps or images that you can insert in the screenshots.

Even though it may not be the best screen capture tool, its not a bad idea to grab this freebie. Ashampoo Snap v4 costs 19.99 USD. So its a good freebie to grab while its free.
