I keep a lot of tools in my car all the time, just in case I have a problem, the person trying to assist me may not have those tools. 

Hence, I can be an assistant to the person assisting Laugh...... that way I can say....well I helped a little.

It is good to have "stuff" and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

Just my twist on the subject.
