I don't know. On the website it seems like a freeware program, but the op mentions it is only available until Dec 10 so it may just be a freebie.

just downloaded Blu-ray and HD DVD player called DAPlayer from
http://www.digiarty.com/ . I only watched Avantar
with it, the result is good. I’m not very familiar with it, but according to
its product introduction, it’s able to play all Blu-ray, AVCHD, TS, MKV, MPEG,
H.264 video formats. This is the player that I’m looking for. BTW, it’s given
away from now on till Dec 10. If you’re looking for such program too, go for
it.
