Opera has some other “apps” bundled in besides a web browser, such as an email client.  When you open up Opera’s email client, it opens in a new tab, but in the same browser window.  In the latest Firefox nightly, the new extensions manager opens in a new tab in the same window, not in its own window.  Anyone else think that Mozilla is getting some inspiration from our friends in Oslo, Norway?

How is that copying Opera? Does Opera have extensions to have a manager for? Confused

I’m saying that that kind of a thing is now opening in a new tab instead of its own window.  Something Opera has already been doing.

Opera has many innovations indeed and of course other browsers may incorporate them in the future.

Nevertheless, this happens between all of them and every browser does that, irrespectively whether it finally incorporate them or not.

That isn’t a video–the file is non-existant. Did you upload that with Opera?

In a few minutes, you will see that Opera is the dominant browser.

Opera was about 5 times as fast at loading dotTech than Firefox.

Ah… well Flash Player on the laptop (the Ubuntu one) was being laggy like heck, so I couldn’t tell.

Now, don’t get too excited. So, before I start: will it be able to import all my passwords from Firefox?

I could really care less about my bookmarks unless I make the full switch. What I really care about is my passwords.
