I too have been a Diskeeper customer for several years. Agree with JYO. Diskeeper good product and excellent as a corporate tool for adminstering many seats. Home users or SOHO will find it overkill. Many options and tools included with commercial product just not needed by individuals. Add to that point, that every year they want new money for their upgraded product.

I too, have used the pro version in the past(v.9 I believe). It had tons of features (ex: scheduling, MFT defragmenting), most of which I didn't have a need for. It did a good job at defragmenting, so it is not a bad product at all. However, there are so many free defragmenters out there that it's just not worth shelling out the greens. True, it works well and has many features, but it can seem bloated if all you're looking for is a simple defragmenter that does its job.
