Ive already seen all the best firefox plugins I use (and a few new ones) except for:

All-in-One Sidebar (Consolidates all those popup windows and several addons into a single convenient sidebar.)
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1027

and Download StatusBar (Instead of a seperate window for downloads, it puts all the current downloads on a bar at the bottom of the window)
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/26

Also I love the Electric Sheep screensaver ^_^
http://community.electricsheep.org/
Its a community project of morphing fractals and all around awesomeness.

You got Pwnd

Having just installed Windows 7 and reinstalled my favourite programs, I can list them pretty easily:

Firefox (which already took top place on the browser survey)

CCleaner

Advanced System Care (with Glary, Tuneup Utilities and Perfect Utilities in there as well if needed)

WinPatrol

PC Tools Firewall Plus

KeyScrambler

Geswall

A2 (paid version, but free is also available)

Malware Bytes (for on-demand scanning)

Spyware Blaster

7Zip

CleanMem

East-Tec Eraser

Everything (for quick and comprehensive searches)

FastStone Photo Resizer

SnagIt (although I am using Solid Capture at present)

Format Factory

Notepad++

PDF XChange Viewer (for those who didn't get the Nitro offer, it is a great PDF viewer and beats Foxit hands down, IMHO)

PDF Creator

Lingoes (a great free dictionary program to which a range of reference tools can be added, including multiple language tools)

Revo Uninstaller

RocketDock

Smart Defrag

Ashampoo Burning Studio 2010

And last but not least, UTorrent!

I hqven't poseted here, but I could not resist pushing my favorite firefox ad-in, informenter.  It's not yet upt to 3.5.5, but a nudge at the author will make it so (worked last time).
I don't use firefox so much anymore as it turns out to be quite a pig, even without the add-obns.  I use Avant.  It looks to most sites as if it is IE, but it is not.  The great thing I like abouut it is that I can hide it in my tray when I'm not using it, and it tends to page out.
Other favorites that no-one else has mentioned:
aerosnap
driver magician
Fences
Free RAR extract frog
Process Lasso
Teracopy
Youtica power copy
and more

Are we talking about each person's installed freebies here? So much freebies, really confusing. Where is the one that I have to start to put it in my PC? Which one is the best? Which one is the favorite in each category? Confused
And, Ashraf. Where is your poll for this topic? Can't wait to see the result!Yell
162 programs have been installed in my PC now. Gotta reduce it.

@ Quro75: Wow, 162 installed programs! Why so many? I think the best advice is to identify those programs that you need for specific tasks (such as for pics, docs, pdfs, music, video, downloads, etc) and then check out the ones people are suggesting, look into each, and then make a decision on one for each. Basically, one program for each specific use. That should reduce your list considerably. No point cluttering up your system with multiple progs for the one task, IMHO. Stick with one that works for you and ditch the rest. Good luck reducing that hefty program overload!
