stuck in the forums!? Makes total sense. …and while Locu and other admins are away, I WILL lower down the WOT rating on your sites to let people know that you spammers are forum spammers.

Simply because Ashraf and I are going to be off of dotTech for a while does not give you permission to spam more.  In fact, please don't spam until we get back.

Why spam?  Simply because you're reaching the largest audience out there.  1000000 views and 1% of viewers click is still 1000 clicks.  I know why you spam.
However, as a forum moderator/administrator, I delete your posts promptly.  Posting them at 2AM forum time does not help you stay out of mod's eyes!  This means your posts get around 1 or 2 views... your view, and my view.  Neither of us click on your links, so that's around 0 clicks. 

You may think that now that both I and the site administrator are on vacation, you can spam spam spam all you want, but that's not true.  dotTech has other moderators, too.  Karen and Amnesia will do the same job as I as fast as I do.  So spamming is not worth your time.  May I suggest other forums?

dotTech is a place for users and developers to discuss apps and programs that they love and use.  In fact, in the official rules page Ashraf gives program developers the right to post about their own software here.  It does, unfortunately for you, come with certain clauses: post that you're the maker of the software.  If you're spamming for the developers, tough luck, I guess.  So don't spam.
