One can never rest with the new mobile models!

I will also wait until the end of 2010 to see what happens and then decide which upgrade to follow.

Have you felt sad when you have to leave aside a loyal older mobile for a new model? I do...

Personally I am a windows fan on mobiles and will not change for any other operating system unless its a secondary phone for fun. This is because of the easy syncronisation with my outlook data (tasks, calendar, contacts etc I am using 2 win mobiles and never had any kind of problem with their syncing (and a lot of tools if anything appears) and also because of the thousands of available applications that I cannot bypass. With HTC or with SPB Mobile Shell, their interface as mobiles is more usable as well.

Windows Mobile 7 sucks. I tried it before (exclusive trial in HK). WinMO 6.5 is much better (rather like XP <-> Vista)

No, I didn't. I jailbroke so that I didn't have to live in Apple's software jail.

My thought on the matter is that if you wait, there will always be something better but in the meantime you have deprived yourself of the use/enjoyment of said device. Like the iPad-logic tells me I should have waited until version 2.0. But I'm really enjoying the thing now. So if I had waited I would have missed the year's worth of enjoyment I'm going to get out of it before 2.0 comes out.

You know I was also wanting an Android phone - and I still may get an Android phone - but now I think I should wait and atleast see what Windows Phone 7 has to offer. (They say it is like a Zune.)

Wholy crap, look at the specs on that thing. And it looks bloody brilliant too. I want this so badly. Maybe I will now hold off on getting a new phone until the end of 2010 when Windows Phone 7 phones become available...
