I would like recommendations for a UK digital tv card preferrably pci express and a program for allowing me to edit tv programs recorded by dvd recorder on dvd-rw so I can re-use the disk once I transfer the programs to the computer.I would like a very accurate program ,again preferrably a free one but I will (reluctantly :-) ) look at paid for ones also
