Hiiii… Anna

As you PST file become large and you want to split them into smaller parts, I would like to advocate you to use " SysTools Split PST software" that help you to divide unlimited Outlook PST files at once without compressing any data or without deletion of any data. Split PST is most trust able and used by most of the Outlook users to reduce and mange their PST files.

You can split your .pst files as per your choose , as the software has four options by which you can split your files i.e. you can split PST files by Date, Year, Folder and by Size. Download free demo version to check reliability and to know more about the tool.

Follow this steps to split PST files -

  1. Install and download PST File
  2. Select option – ANSI or Unicode
  3. Select Split option by which you want to split – Date, Year, Folder, Size.
  4. Browse largest PST file which you want to split
  5. Select destination where you want to keep splitted files
  6. Click on Split to complete the process.

Hello, OST to PST is wonderful software and I recover my files with the help of this. But one thing that disappointed me regarding to their price. Here all know this is Paid software so why the price vary for the same software at different different Sites. Please be careful when you go to purchase must check is their any other company available those provide same software at less price.

I found this software here : http://download.cnet.com/Quick-Recovery-for-MS-Exchange-OST-MS-Outlook-PST/3000-2367_4-75748727.html

Thanks
