There is a good uninstaller program called Revo Uninstaller. When deleting it made a profound analysis of the software to uninstall and proposes to delete registry keys and other files left by the program during its installation and use.
I dream of a software based on the same idea and principle which would retrieve all the information and from it will be able to offer the complete transfer of software on another PC or even better, complete and correct copy of the software on another PC .
It's that a real dream or an idea for a genius programmer ?

Hmm… this is not exactly what you are asking for but it can serve the same purpose:
If you install your programs using Altiris SVS, you can easily pick them up and move them to another computer.

Your answer don't match exactly what I want.
The exact reason is that I like to copy some software from my laptop to my PC and vice versa.

You can do that if you use portable versions of programs (disclaimer: some portable programs may still leave information behind/stuff in registry etc)
Even Revo Uninstaller has a portable version.
There is a good project/site out there that turns freeware programs into portable versions (if you find a PortableApp version of a commercial program it's not from them!).
They have a heap of programs already released, and if you go into the forums and use the search/look in Beta Testing there are many more.
*edit*
ps: one of the main goals of PortableApps is to make sure the portable programs leave no traces behind/clean up after themselves.
