According to the article, it seems they can indirectly do this through the SecureBoot technology. I don't know if this still infringes the Anti-trust laws, but I doubt they're gonna make it obvious. They might try to use some cheap marketing trick like the SecureBoot to pressure manufacturers into making it hard to install other OS's. Then again, this is all speculation.
