I have recently come across a few great programs, so I thought I'd just share em all in one big post.

The first one is CCEnhancer, which improves the functionality of CCleaner by adding capabilities to clean over 270 additional programs like Malwarebytes and Glary.

Another is SRWare Iron, a Chromium compilation for those who love Chrome, but are worried about Google watching your every move.  Heres a list of all the scurity changes: (Its a German company, so go easy on the grammar bashing)

Besides that it behaves just like chrome and has the same performance (maybe even a little more since its not constantly sending and receiving data from google), except the Iron also has a built-in adblocker.  To make full use of the adblocker, download this file and replace the same-named one in your installation directory.  The only downside is that the extensions library is very small, but it probably supports all of Google's chrome extensions, if you want to install manually.

And finally (for now) is Pale Moon.  This has been mentioned in passing on the site a few times, but for those who missed it, its an optimized version of Firefox 3.6.8a (at time of writing).  It follows the same update path as firefox but releases a little slower.  Pale Moon has significantly better startup speeds and performance (YRMV).  The best part, though, is that it works exactly like Firefox, and the web and computer (for the most part) can't tell the difference.  It supports everything Firefox does, and even uses Firefox's default profile, so PM and FF are always synced in terms of bookmarks, history, plugins, themes, etc. which makes installation easy.

I just confirmed, you can go to https://chrome.google.com/extensions and install all the Google chrome extensions in Iron.

FYI CCEnhancer has been featured on dotTech already: http://dottech.org/freeware-reviews/17438. It used to be named CCleaner Enhancer but Piriform forced the developer to rename the program to CCEnhancer.
