I just installed Wordpress and set it up. This is the result.

Oh no… Borgs usually have much larger power to destruct whole websites. Maybe your plan is to use Cogizio to hypnotize people to put spam on other sites?

9 + 8 = 11 because you're using a number base reserved for techies (11 = one 16 + one 1 in hex or in decimal it's 17 = one 10 + seven 1s).
