But, slideshow is too quick to read the text given. The slideshow catches your eye and you start reading, then it changes before you finish which is a little bit annoying. There are some slideshow plugins around which have play, pause controls. Or perhaps make it change a little less often

The top menu looks great when you hover the mouse over it, but bland text when not over it. This may be nicer if the menu was always shown or stood out a little more.

The 3 column layout is nice, but I would try a little to make the text a little less grey as overall it's a nice, light website.

All in my own humble opinion and not meant as criticism. Very nice but could be even better :)

It looks sleek and elegant. I just hope you can update the blog more often because you can use that to optimize your website. You can use keywords in your blog post and if you do the right SEO techniques, there's a better chance that you will get good page rank and SERP.
