Do you mean an advertisement that was published prior to 1992? It would be 18 this year (if my math is correct).
Probably you mean a "naughty" ad (so indefinable! Does the glimpse of a tittie offend, or is it 'country matters', as Hamlet put it?)

How could there have been 18+ ads on dotTech? Doesn't Mr. Boss have to moderate all the advertisements before they are put on dotTech?

@Adrian: No, I don't. I can block specific ads after I see them or block specific ad categories, but I don't get to moderate each ad before it is put up (Google is working on allowing us to do that).

Is this counted as an adult advert? 
The link is: hxxp://www.hongkongcupid.com/ but this ad (I've seen it before) has a lot of variations for different countries. In the US you would probably never see this link. There is a list of sites that are related at the bottom of the link above, so you could block them all.
