I sit corrected. The Feedburner-managed email notification finally came in @ 4:24 pm (Eastern Daylight Time, US). Not like it used to at about 8:30 am EDT, US. So I unsubscribed from the Feedburner one, and will keep the MailChimp one which came in at 8:01 am EDT, US. FWIW (For What Its Worth), I like the MailChimp one Beartter anyway. Thanks for dealing with this.

I'm only getting the MailChimp-managed daily newsletter. Nothing arrived from Feedburner-managed feed today or yesterday! So I'll stick with the MailChimp, and should Feedburner show up again, I'll unsubscribe from that one. As always, I've double checked my spam folders and there is nothing in either mine or my ISP's. So its a mystery to me. Sorry about this.

p.s. Would have thought the article I wrote would have qualified me as more than a Novice. Guess not, eh?

I re-subscribed and it was accepted, no message that I was already subscribed. Is this a problem? Am I the only one this happened to today? Is there a site problem? Does this 'just happen' from time to time? Does my computer have a problem? And yes, I checked my spam and trash folders and nothing was there. Can't be without my daily 'fix'!

I welcomed this new feature, but encountered some problems. One of them has been fixed: It is at last possible to subscribe to the thread without leaving a comment. This did not get fixed for a while--I think because Ashraf was facing finals, or some such thing. I had to subscribe by leaving the comment, "No comment."

But it doesn't matter, because thus far I have received no updates on the half-dozen strands. This strongly suggests that few people are reading WSD; and I think I know the reason why.

use xflip to create 3d flash flip page easily.

When I get the opening screen, it tells me nothing about the article, or the three apps that it offers.

If I were not particularly interested in odd software, I would archive the email, rather than open it. That is what I think most people do.

If you want readers for this feature, you ought to name the three apps being presented, with a few words of description.

Thank you so very much for sharing your information with me.
I learnt a lot from the speech and the vivid discussion!

When I first started posting comments on the site, there would be a 10 minute window to edit the post. Now when I post, the 10 minute countdown timer is "gone", and though there is an edit link, when I click on it, a blank window opens up saying the, "comment loaded successfully" (but there's nothing there). Similarly, when I've tried to delete a posting, it says, "deleting...", but nothing happens.

I don't know whether this is a site issue or my issue (browser?). I'm not aware of having changed any settings recently, and as far as I know, this is the only site where I have this issue (I do post on other sites occasionally). I'm running Firefox version 19, Win 7 Home Premium, 64 Bit, 8 GB RAM. Help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
