Forget TI-83 or TI-84, TI-89 does your work for you. Just let it sit by your work, and come back after a couple of hours – all the answers will be filled in. You don’t even have to turn it on.

THEY’RE EXPENSIVE!

BTW, why not get the TI-Nspire with Touchpad?

I’d like to draw your attention to the mouse and the X button.

@Calebstein: You can get a TI-89 pretty much any place you find TI-83 or TI-84.

@Locutus: TI-89s aren’t that much more expensive than an TI-83 or TI-84. And if you plan on taking any high level of math, such as calculus, the extra investment is really worth it.

And TI-Nwhat? Never heard of it, I haven’t been in the calculator market for a while.
