I welcomed this new feature, but encountered some problems. One of them has been fixed: It is at last possible to subscribe to the thread without leaving a comment. This did not get fixed for a while--I think because Ashraf was facing finals, or some such thing. I had to subscribe by leaving the comment, "No comment." 

   But it doesn't matter, because thus far I have received no updates on the half-dozen strands. This strongly suggests that few people are reading WSD; and I think I know the reason why. 

  use xflip to create 3d flash flip page easily.

 When I get the opening screen, it tells me nothing about the article, or the three apps that it offers. 

   If I were not particularly interested in odd software, I would archive the email, rather than open it. That is what I think most people do.

   If you want readers for this feature, you ought to name the three apps being presented, with a few words of description.
