[Just my thoughts only]:

 It says the contest is open until 10/4/2010, meaning a long time for a ton of people to compete for only 10 licenses!!! Some companies--not necessarily this one--are not so interested in giving away a small handful of licenses, as they are in using the goldmine of info to solicit offers to buy their products.

But this means we would have to wait until 11/4/2010 just to find out IF we won!!!?!! Frown
