Got an email this morning about The Windows Club celebrating their 1yr anniversary.

They're giving away programs and having drawings for others that may interest some here.

From their website:

"As a part of our Anniversary

Celebrations, starting today, over the next 10 days, 10 or more licenses of each of these fine software would be up for grabs:

Eset Smart Security, Ace Utilities,

Windows 7 Manager, Advanced System Optimizer, WinPatrol, WinRAR,

Emsisoft A-squared Anti-malware, LAlarm & Mamutu.

From the above list, one software will be randomly selected and made available as a Giveaway every day, each kept open for 4 days.

jumbi: if you use the link provided you wil be able to find out what each day's offer is. I haven't gone there yet to look today, simply because I haven't gotten around to it yet.

I won't be posting daily updates here about what they're offering because I can't even commit to checking it every day for myself.

So your best bet is to check yourself. Feel free to post daily updates if you want to tho. I'm sure folks here would appreciate it.

Today's offer is LAlarm

Secure your laptop with LAlarm laptop alarm security software and you can get a license key for business use by requesting it. The license key simply unlocks the premium edition, which allows the user to lawfully use LAlarm in a business environment. Hope this helps.

To all of you complaining about how you lose your replys after doing the math wrong.  I mean, sure, this isn't the right thread, but hey, we're weaving a tapestry, right?  And I was too lazy to find the thread (I've looked everywhere!)!))!)!)!

Oh, the site that was :(

Aknowledgement. I just lost a reply on one of the other threads and couldn't get it back. So this FF add-in might be handy in future – maybe even retrospectively, will try.

Sorry to be off-topic, but that dang math-check can be such a PITA. Yell

SEEK (Google) and yea shall find. Ars Longa, Vita Brevis.

I thought I was the only one with the problem of not being able to locate a post sometimes. Drives me nuts.Frown
And somtimes, I really something meaningful to say.

And then when I do come across it again, I have forgotten what I was going to say.SurprisedLaughLaugh

I checked out the link above, looks good, but my problem with new stuff is, I don't know or cannot tell if it is going to play nicely with what I have. I am not very good at trouble shooting.

I am still considering trying it. Good suggestion.Wink

The drawing that started today is for Advanced System Optimizer 3.

As it says on the site: Advanced System Optimizer 3 is an all-in-one system performance and optimization suite for Windows 7, Windows Vista & Windows XP.

Ashraf did a review of V2 of this software back on Sep 23, 2009 if you'd like to take a look at that before deciding whether or not you want to enter the drawing. Keep in mind tho,  the review is for version 2 while the drawing is for version 3.

For info on how to enter the drawing go to: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/…..windows-pc

Good luck to anyone that enters.
