Regular version guide

• Extract 'Inpaint_Portable.zip' to location of your choice (USB,…).
• Extract the contents of installer with Universal Extractor.
• Copy/move 'Inpaint.exe' in {App} folder into App folder in your portable package.
• Run 'InpaintGA.exe' in Inpaint Portable folder to start Inpaint Portable.

Registration (two options)

1. Enter your serial number in 'Inpaint.ini' file (App folder in your portable package).

2. Run 'InpaintGA.exe'. Go to: Help -> Enter the serial key and enter your serial number in the message box that pops up.

'Inpaint.ini' file is created on the first run.

GOTD version guide

• Extract 'Inpaint_Portable.zip' to location of your choice (USB,…).
• Download and extract GOTD's zip package.
• If you have already installed Inpaint just copy 'Inpaint.exe' from installed location to App folder in your portable package.
• If not then extract the contents of installer (Setup.exe) with Universal Extractor.
• Copy/move 'Inpaint.exe' in {App} folder into App folder in your portable package.
• Run 'Activate.exe'.
• Press Windows key + R and type regedit => enter.
• Navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Teorex -> Inpaint -> Registration

key.

• On the right side pane double click (or right click -> Modify) string value Serial.
• Mark and copy (Ctrl + C) Value data.
• Paste (Ctrl + V) Value data in 'Inpaint.ini' file (App folder in your portable package).

[Registration]

Serial=PasteHereValueData

• Run 'InpaintGA.exe' in Inpaint Portable folder to start Inpaint Portable.

'Inpaint.ini' file is created on the first run.

Does this mean a portability can always be achieved after installation?

Can the launcher/installer be made/built after an app. has been installed?

 

No. You just need to get – in some way – program's files.

Yes, you can make launcher after the program has been installed.
