Being new to Outlook 2013, i don't have proper grip on Outlook 2013 version. As for some official use I need PDF format of all emails in Outlook. How do I convert Outlook 2013 emails in PDF format without disturbing original information of PST file. Suggest any possible solution!!!

Step 1) Install PDF virtual printer -- see http://dottech.org/126746/windows-review-top-best-free-pdf-printer/

Step 2) Open Outlook email -> Print

Step 3) Select virtual printer

Step 4) Print

That will work for individual Outlook emails. If you are allowed to print multiple emails at a time from Outlook,, that will work for all of your Outlook emails too.

Why download anything? Microsoft Office 2010 student edition prints directly to pdf so surely Office 2013 (products) should do so as well….

By using Adobe Acrobat Professional, single emails can be exported into pdf file formats. Now if matter of subject is exporting of outlook emails with attachments in bulk then it can be done by installing an add-in compatible with all outlook editions (2013 also). It does not have dependency of Adobe Acrobat pro any more.
