Hi! 
To shorten our work we choose to add items or remove items in context menu. Some may prefer doing it manually, others may prefer an app just so erroneous tinkering with registry is avoided. Configure FileMenu 5.7 is an excellent app which works on Windows 98/Me/2000/XP/Vista. Version 5.8 covers Win7 as well. I settled on Configure FileMenu after trying various other apps.
I have not yet migrated to 5.8. I have both installers & am testing waters of 5.8. This awesome app covers several other functionalities too but in this thread I am only drawing your attention to context menu. Version 5.7 is available in Cnet, version 5.8 is available on http://www.lopesoft.com/en/index.html

Where in Vista can we do editing of the context menu? Is there a limit to how many items can be used?

@ yourpalal: I actually just do it myself rather than install a program to do it. Check this link out and it will tell you how:
