I finally got amazon app store because i heard of the free app everyday, but after purchasing it, I cant even install it on my phone!?
"For security, your phone is set to block installation of applications not sourced in android market."
What do i do?

Go to Settings > Applications > and tick the unknown sources option (first one). This allows you to install third party apps that are not from the Android market. (pretty sure this is your issue, tell me how it goes)

Note that if you have an AT&T phone you'll have to root your phone to do that.

AT&T i issuing the restriction removal as a software update to some phones. That means the majority (I'm guessing) of Android AT&T users are out of luck.
Also, if you use the wikipedia article, know that I wrote the majority of it :P

Well, after lots of research i found out a way to install the amazon app store and the "free app of the day"….. without gaining root access…..(ATT phone)
If anyone wants to know how i can drill out the long proccess……
