        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Do you have any components (mice / keyboard / etc) connected to the USB3 ports currently? If you do, move them.</p>
<p>Try and disable the USB3 chip in BIOS for the time being. Windows7 does not natively support USB3 - and it may complain about drivers if it detects something connected to one of those ports.</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>If you reinstall the OS, it should install IE by default. If for some reason you don&#039;t have IE, you might try enabling automatic updates in the Control Panel. Not sure if that will work without IE, but everytime I&#039;ve used automatic updates in the past it doesn&#039;t appear to use a browser.</p>

<p>Yes I do have a legal copy of Windows. =) It sometimes messes up with one program use to use but it messed up and I need to reinstall everything on this computer. I used Total Uninstall.</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>You could start by telling us why exactly can&#039;t you install windows updates. <img class="sfsmiley" src="/wp-content/forum-smileys/sf-laugh.gif" alt="Laugh" /> </p>
<p>For example, does it shoot an error at you? Or say cannot connect to update servers? Or the windows update console crashes when you try updating? This way we can narrow down the cause of the problem when googling for a solution.</p>
