I for one am equally happy whether USA or Canada won the gold. But then that's because I like both countries equally! 
I am also happy that the games have happened without any ugly incident – fans going berserk or ter*****ts going berserk. So I say cheers not only to the medal winners but also for the authorities who organized it so well.

I'm glad to hear we got the Silver. Thanks Locutus. I'm gonna have to get the battery in my hearing aid checked,,, oh wait, I don't have a hearing aid… Hmmm, maybe I should…
I had the closing ceremony on and glanced up from time to time, but was busy messing with a graphic all the way thru it. From what I heard and saw, the Canadians put on a good show.
I especially liked the clown that acted like he connected the plugs to make the fourth arm rise up for the fire, the one that didn't work during the opening ceremony.
I thought it showed class for them to use humor to acknowledge that a mistake had happened.
