I think it's safe to assume that Bill Gates and Steve Jobs probably hate each other because of the competitive market they are in. But, what if they one day became buddies? Then what kind of a conversation would they have?

Here's a thought: Bill Gates and Steve Jobs Humor (it's a short comic strip)

Reactions?

I don't think its a fair assumption to say Bill Gates and Steve Jobs hate each just because they are rivals. They have quiet a history together, some accusations of stealing (some people say Billl Gates stole the mouse from Steve Jobs who stole it from Xerox) but other involving grace (Microsoft saved Apple from going downunder back in Apple's not-so-glory days).

All I can say is LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. feature=related

Nice comic! That said, Microsoft and Mac have both had their good and bad. Like Vista is fail, iPad was a bit of a fail when it was first released, iPod Touch was beast, Windows 7 was paradise…

Just curious, what do you think will happen if the two combined their companies together? What would it be called? Micro Apple? Haha… AppleSoft?

The power of Android and iPhone combined together… or Windows 7 and Apple Computer combined together…. that would be revolutionary!

Well, I guess hate is a little harsh, tension was really what I meant.

Nevertheless, I never knew Microsoft helped Apple…wonder if Gates ever regret this action lol

All great people started out poor… well, most of them that is.

@Jyo: I doubt it. When Apple started hitting it big, Gates pretty much was packed up and ready to leave Microsoft. I guess he got tired of making money and wanted to see how long it would take to give it all away. So while Microsoft might regret helping Apple (I don't know), Gates himself probably does not. Just my guess, though.

I went on a few sites, and they said that Microsoft made some programs for the Mac, such as MS Office for Mac. Then they did loans and shares with each other back in the '90s I believe…

Anything else to add to that?

MS made Office for Mac in exchange for having IE for Mac the default browser for 5 years.  5 years later, Apple had Safari and made that the browser.  Now MS doesn't need to have Office for Mac, but for some reason they still do (my guess is money).

Oh, the site that was :(

@Locutus

Partly  because MS Office is incredibly popular and easy to use; not only that but it's eye candy and most of the “addons” are for MS Office only I believe…
