I'm looking to switch to a new internet provider. In my area cable is available with Midcontent Communications. I've had their service before and it was ok, but costly.

While looking into it today I found that I can also get it through Qwest at about a $10 per month saving. I have never used or known anyone that has had Qwest. A google search for "Qwest hate" brought up lots of matches but they were all a year or more old so don't give accurate information for what their service is like now.

Has anyone out there used Qwest for their internet provider? I would appreciate any opinions about their service.
