That WOULD make more sense, especially since and ipod touch can be jailbroken to do almost anything a normal pda can do. It doesn't really fit in the class of ipod.

If it weren't for the ipod touch we wouldn't be saying that this thing looks like a big ipod. This thing looks like it can do whatever we would need a tablet like this to do. IMHO

I think a lot of magazine publishers are going to be creating interactive magazines unlike what you could do with the Kindle since e-ink has a much slower refresh rate.

But Apple is really good at inspiring hype and love for it's products. I know that I thought it looked really fun. But only time will tell if enough people can justify it at that price point (especially those who already have iPhones and MacBooks).
