Today, I recieved a mail from "TD Canada Trust". They said how verifying my account or something. Wait a minute… I DON'T EVEN HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT!

Turns out, it was a fake email from some guy who made the mail looking like a legit one from TD Canada Trust! It came with a link to a porn website. I haven't visited it yet, but what I know so far is that one of the people in the WOT Community said that it was a "phishing" site. Here is what it said in the mail:

Basic rule: Don't open any email like that. We may not be able to avoid spam in our mailboxes, but a bit of common sense goes a long way. Most all of that type of thing goes into the spam box anyway, but occasionally one will go into the inbox. But they can be spotted a mile away. And if in doubt, use a spam filter with your email client and check it from there before opening it or deleting it, whatever the case may be.
