So do you want to convert TO this format, or OUT of this format?

Any comments? Questions? Outbursts?

If you want to be able to play it on a DVD player and not just a computer, you need a DVD Authoring tool that can create .VOB files that you can then burn to a DVD.

If you just want to play them on a computer, then just about any video format will work.
