However, for now, click on "Ignore" and check that option at the bottom that says something like "Do this for this file everytime".

Not long after the update Avira started detecting CleanMem as malware:

Although I am curious as to what CleanMem is doing in System32 folder (maybe a programmer can explain it to me better) I have no doubt in my mind this is a false positive by Avira; CleanMem is clean as a whistle as far as I can concerned.
