I think thats when the problem started and during the day when I tryed to connect to the internet it would not connect at all. I know it not a software problem but hardware. Can someone explain what would I have to do to fix it or to see if where its at?

 

Its a Dell Inspiron 1521, Windows Vista Home, 32 bit.
