Hi, I downloaded and installed "Fix It Utilities" that was given away from v3 CO UK last weekend. Today I checked windows task manager and saw that the process "MXTask2.exe" running in background was using 50% of my total CPU. As usual I googled it and found out that this process belongs to Fix It utilities to monitor system restore points, Pc Health, etc ,etc. What I did after that was to disabled everything I could under Fx It uitilies settings, then I check again my Task manager and now is not hogging my system resources.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has notice this or to warn you guys about this.
@ Dolphy: You're not alone. See the previous forum when this was given away: http://dottech.org/forums/freebies/avanquest-fix-it-10-essentials-giveaway-august-20-22
