Every time I launch a program from task bar the window will pop up but when I try to click on it, it disappears.

The only way I can get to the window is minimize all other windows. The window I am accessing will not stay on top. It bounces back to the desk top.

I know this is confusing but it is sooo frustrating.

The last thing I did before this started is, I was trying to configure winsplit. I tried to bring it up again and it just tells me it is already running. Will uninstalling help?
