I did that already. all giving the same report no virus or malware found

I am using win7 ultimate

any furthur suggestion

I am facing a problem at any time if I right cilck on any Desktop or all programmes to open any progm. My Explorer is stops working.

It is for all progrs.no exception.

I dont know what I can.

Pl.give me a solution.
