Now Ashampoo are releasing the new version of ABS – v10 – and you can grab the beta version for free until 26 May, 2010 by clicking on this link I found in one of their regular "service letters".

This is another example that you should make a new email account exclusively for Freebies (and Ashampoo ones) instead of using a trash email address to register – there are regular goodies in the newsletters and they are not all spam.

I got this news letter also and checked out the offer, however I have Ashampoo® Burning Studio 10 and I did not see a significant difference for me

It states

Completely

redesigned DVD and Blu-ray video disc editor

All

authoring tools improved – easier and more powerful than ever

Create

HD and Full HD Blu-ray video discs (720p and 1080p)

Create

auto-starting data discs with interactive menus

Integrated

Audio Player – play audio CDs directly

Even

     better video encoding quality

New

and improved themes for DVD and Blu-ray menus

Use

included themes or build your own menus

New

audio ripping functions, improved audio track organization

Starts

     faster, snappier to use

I have the full version. What would be the advantage of getting a beta version?

I get confused on all the types of freebies.

Anyone care to clarify the different versions ie beta version full version lifetime use .

Now Ashampoo are releasing the new version of ABS - v10 - and you can grab the beta version for free until 26 May, 2010 by clicking on this link I found in one of their regular "service letters".
