Thanks for the update info Wheezer. In relation to unwanted toobars being installed, there is a product available called "Anti toolbar free" that apparently stops such toolbars being installed should you inadvertently allow them to be installed, or if it is product that installs them without your knowledge. There are 3 boxes to untick, so as not to get the Ask toolbar.

Also untick "create eBay shortcut to desktop"

I thought I had stopped the "Ask" toolbar, but when I opened FireFox after running CCleaner and TuneUp Utilities, the toolbar was there!

I think I've got it off now, by uninstalling the toolbar Add-On.

Doing the update also put a Ebay shortcut on my desktop. That's gone now too.

I might have missed check boxes that would have told the update not to install those things, but I doubt it.

List of Version 2.20 changes

1 Added MIDI to MP3,WMA,and others.
2 Added more media muxing output types.
3 Added "Custom" output type to "Video Joiner".
4 Adjust Bitrate of "High quality and size" profile.
5 Improve the accuracy of media file splitting

***When I downloaded the update, it tried to install the "asktoolbar." I stopped it thanks to WinPatrol, but now everything is running slow.

Gonna have to go see what the problem is...
