The Opera Desktop Team updated Opera 10.70 dev from build 9044 to 9047.  With this update they've added an improved bookmarks bar.  Also, it seems like the stability has increased from the previous release.  You can download it at http://my.opera.com/desktopteam/blog

I am really impressed with Opera lately. They used to have one of the ugliest interfaces in the past, IMO. Now their menu interface is dazzling, love their speed dial, smooth scroll, and just their overall speediness. Now I'm just waiting for the add-ons (adblock w/o manual tweaking, which still doesn't work perfectly).
