        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>If you like the always free <span style="text-decoration: underline">piriform.com’s <strong>CCleaner</strong></span>, as I &#38; many other dotTechies do, you may want to try their free <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">Defraggler</span></strong>, which is a Disk Defragmentation program. IMHO, It’s good at what it does—I also use <span style="text-decoration: underline">Advanced System Care’s SmartDefrag</span>—&#38; it’s just been updated. Of the 3 options, I allow a desktop icon, but, like I try to do with all new downloads, I <em>do not</em> put it in the <span style="text-decoration: underline">start menu</span> or <span style="text-decoration: underline">auto-update.</span> Here’s some info from their website:</p>
