Maybe, but I paused and resumed the download many times that's why I searched for the MD5, so I can verify the integrity of the iso and I was apparently right, I think that mine is corrupted.

Thank you very much :D

Unfortunatly, the MD5 didn't match with mine, I must re-download it, but I'll try using a direct link this time instead of their Download Manager. Do you have any link please?

Thank you again

Please can you give us the MD5 of the Arabic version. I think that the MD5 mentioned above is only for the English version.

Thanking you in advance.

Thanks for the answer.
I pretty much figured that the two (32 & 64bit) could coexist, but wasn't sure what the best way to approach it would be.

Thanks again

Zip,

Yes you will be able to choose what OS to boot into whenever you boot up your computer. However note that by default Windows 7 will be selected and you will have 30 seconds to change it to XP before your computer loads Windows 7.

And yes you will be able to safely remove Windows 7 if need be - just delete the partition, more or less.

I do some slide shows and do have 4gb ram installed (can go up to 8). I have a partition on the main drive already set aside (was considering Vista until the complaints started). Would I be able to boot to whichever system I choose, or better yet, to safely remove 7 if needed?

I know that's a question with a future answer (based on experiences), but just in case someone knows now.....

Thanks

Any specific reason you want 64-bit Win7? I honestly would stick to 32-bit unless you have a specific reason to go to 64-bit, such as you need support for more then 4 GB of RAM.

My suggestion would be to shrink your current XP partition (if you have no unallocated space left on your hard drive) and create a new partition for win7 (32 or 64 it doesn't matter method is the same). That way you still have your main XP installation in case something goes wrong or you don't like Win7.
