How to root Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910F LTE in Android 4.4.4 KitKat [Guide]

Samsung-Galaxy-Note-2 [1]If you are the owners of the N910F LTE variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and are running the Android 4.4.4 KitKat software update, you can easily follow the guide below to gain root access. After you have gained root, you can install custom ROMs, application from Google Play and other sources that wouldn’t usually work, reduce the amount of bloatware on the device, speed up the internals and much more. BEFORE WE BEGIN

HOWTO ROOT THE SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 4 SM-N910F LTE RUNNING ANDROID 4.4.4 KITKAT

  1. Download the CF-Auto-Root package from this page here [3].
    – use the desktop of the computer.
  2. Download the Odin you need here [4].
    – use the desktop again.
  3. Extract both the files to the desktop by right-clicking over the zipped file and choosing extract.
  4. Run the Odin application so it’s waiting on the desktop and open.
  5. Put the Note 4 LTE in Download Mode [5].
  6. Press the Power button once again when you get to the warning triangle.
  7. Connect the Note with the USB cable to the computer.
  8. Click the PDA button and search for the Odin file to upload.
  9. Make sure the re-partition box is left empty.
  10. Click the start button and wait for up to 15 minutes.

It will reboot the phone when done. Then you can disconnect from the PC properly and start taking over your device again by signing into your Google account. Now visit the Google Play store and start downloading apps that require root access. You might want to install the root checker application.
