The “basalt prisms” [Amazing Photo of the Day]

These things were formed by volcanic rock that cooled enough and allowed the basalt to be formed. Guess what? The basalt can climb to up to 150 feet, that’s taller than you, but not I. If you want to see it person, take a wild trip to Mexico.
