I’m not sure how accurate this is. Why? Many reasons, but the biggest is: the majority of Android users use Gmail, yet Android is much higher than Gmail itself. Plus, how are iPhone, iPad, and Android considered email clients? Yes, they can check email but there are dozens of apps which can be used to do that.

Most of all though, I’m surprised to see Gmail that far behind. Then again, the design of the thing is quite ugly. No longer is Gmail seen as the webmail service with a clean design, this thing is now a mess. Some of you might not believe me, but Outlook is far better.
