Team Win’s custom recovery is now so widespread that when we say we are going to be installing a custom recovery on a new smartphone, it is just about a given that we are referring to TWRP Recovery. Anyone looking it gets root access on Android, flash a custom ROM and kernel, or use a more feature-rich recovery that what comes stock should consider installing a custom recovery.
While one-click rooting tools are always quick and easy, most people prefer getting root access from flashing SuperSU from a custom recovery like TWRP. The TWRP Recovery also comes with more features than other recovery images, making flashing more enjoyable.
REQUIREMENTS
- You must have the Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro smartphone to flash the custom recovery image that is available in this guide.
- You need to have a computer that is running in the Microsoft Windows environment before you can use this guide. The flashing is done with the Odin flashing tool and it only runs on Windows.
