Those who usually enter a password to log in to Windows XP/Vista, 7 and 8 can bypass the log on (aka automatically login). Then nobody must enter a password to log in to your user account. To remove the Windows XP/Vista/7 and 8 log on, an adjustment of your user account settings is required.

Click the Start menu, and enter netplwiz in the search box. Then click the netplwiz shortcut to open the window in the shot below. Note the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer check box which is selected.

You should select a suitable account to remove the log on from, and then uncheck the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer check box. Click Apply to open the window in the shot below.

There you should enter a password in the Password box. Then enter exactly the same password in the Confirm password box below that. Click OK to close the window and the User Accounts window.

Now click on the Start menu and select Restart to reboot Windows. You should now find that Windows skips the log on page as it reboots. As such, this ensures that you don’t have to enter a password; and consequently there’s no chance of entering an inaccurate password.
